200-hour Yoga Teacher’s Training Course: Our 200-hour educator instructional class, is an essential preparing program for the hopeful instructors searching for their first level accreditation, or have done different certificates and hoping to expand upon their current establishments, or simply hoping to extend their insight and practice. Shambala Yoga offers 200 Hours of Hatha Yoga TTC as well as 200 Hours of Ashtanga Yoga TTC in India and China. We welcome you to go along with us for a broad, escalated, and feeding Teacher Training Course. In this YTTC course, you will know the historical backdrop of Yoga, its way of thinking, Human Physiology, Anatomy, showing strategy, changes, and other subtleties of instructing and your training. Hatha yoga is a sevenfold yoga that causes you to scrub your body, fortify and balance your body, quiet your brain, free yourself, and find inward harmony and light. Ashtanga, Patanjali's eight limbs of yoga are intended to help you have a deliberate existence. They fill in as a remedy for mixing morals and order in your life. Such yoga’s will also be taught. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an intensive program designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga classes based on the traditional Hatha Yoga as well as Ashtanga Primary Series.

This 28-day yoga course features a robust emphasis on the traditional Ashtanga primary series and each one the nitty-gritty of yoga. Students are expected to require care of a daily yoga practice during the training. Pranayama, traditional asana practice are topics that will be covered. The package seems to provide everything that's needed to start your journey as a yoga teacher.

The eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga are the core of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course not just on the Asana practice. This curriculum covers physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners and many more. We aren't orthodox and that we also can accept new ideas and perspectives. We encourage you to put forth your creativity and do justice to whatever has been given to you.

At the highest of the course, you will be ready to practice and teach the yoga asanas & Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, to point out classes that supported this type of yoga, and also to form your own Vinyasa flow sequences with various themes.
